 Designed as a low-cost, multi-functional linear table for less demanding applications having a load requirement of 200 lb or less. The 500ET and 500ST
tables are at home in industrial or automation applications. Typical applications include parts transfer, cutoff machines, part loading, fluid dispensing, and light duty machining. The top and
bottom mounting surfaces are precision ground to assure flatness. Threaded mounting holes are fitted with locking steel threaded inserts to prevent mounting
bolts from working loose. The ST models are available in both English and Metric mounting. The ET design includes a hard shell aluminum cover, while the ST design offers a protective bellows
cover as an option. The linear bearing system utilizes two centerless ground round rails as bearing ways to support four recirculating ball bearing carriage bushings. The drive train is a rolled ballscrew
available with a 0.2" lead (5 pitch) or a 0.5" lead (2 pitch) ballscrew. Both ballscrews incorporate a pre-loaded dual nut design to virtually eliminate any backlash.
